The Daikanransha Ferris Wheel in the Palette Town, Odaiba, Tokyo offers one of the best night time views from a Ferris Wheel in Japan. From the top you can see the gulf, the Rainbow Bridge and the strongly lit buildings in the Minato district, with Tokyo Tower being the most visible landmark in the entire city.
