The reconstructed main keep of the Ōzu castle was integrated with the original surviving turrets so well that it is hard to realize what is original construction and what is reconstructed. Only the age of wood inside indicates the new building.
In today’s photo you can see one of the two original yagura turrets (on the right side) and the main keep, rebuilt in 2004.
