The building in the center of this photo, built with elements of traditional Japanese architecture, was designed to harmonize with the Kaminorimon gate of Senso-ji, and is one of the oldest shops in the area. Named Tokiwado, it is the producer of a type traditional sweets invented here, kaminari-okoshi, a sort of crispy puffed rice sweets.
