After several visits to Osaka during hot summer days, one of my favorite places became the Osaka Bay’s Tempozan Harbor Village. I haven’t grown tired yet of visiting the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, one the largest aquariums in the world, with its 11,000 tons of water.
Next is a short shopping stop at the Tempozan Marketplace shopping mall, lunch at Naniwa Kuishinbo, a food theme park filled with Osaka’s specialties and a short rest while admiring the area from the over 100 meters tall Tempozan Ferris Wheel.
And not to forget a sailing ride with Santa Maria, a ship replica of the famous “Santa María de la Inmaculada Concepción", the flagship used by Christopher Columbus on his first voyage to discover America…
What do you think? (^_^)
