One of the most interesting residential projects in Tokyo is Moto-Azabu Hills, built by Mori Building in 2002.
Moto-Azabu Hills consists in three buildings surrounded by greenery, representing a concept called Forest City. They said: “It is not that there must be a forest in the city; the city itself must be a forest“.
The main building is the Forest Tower, a 96 meters tall tower that widens towards the top, representing the shape of a tree. The roof hosts a garden, reserved for residents.
