Muza-chan's Gate to Japan

Good Bye, Gundam!... again

Thu, December 8, 2016, by Muza-chan
Seven years ago, we were saying goodbye to the 18-meter-tall life-size Gundam statue in Odaiba, with little hope to see it again. But few years later, in 2012, the ultra-popular statue was rebuilt and remained in front of Diver City Tokyo Plaza until now...

This spring, the time will come again to say goodbye to the Gundam, with little hope to see it reconstructed somewhere, because its owner, Bandai Namco Holdings, hasn't announced any new plans for it. It will remain on place until March 5, 2017. I'm a bit nostalgic since this was one of my favorite sights in Odaiba...
