Minato Mirai 21, port of the future

Fri, March 31, 2017

Built about 30 years ago on the place of a former Mitsubishi shipyard, this area was designed to be a business district and an entertainment venue, and received the name of “Minato Mirai 21″, a term with the meaning “21st century Port of Future".

Photographed here are (from left to right) the three towers of the Queen’s Square, a shopping and office building complex, the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu, the Anniversaire building (wedding hall) and the Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel.
