Walking around in Japan, you will surely notice the manhole covers, often used for a very unusual way to advertise the best features of the local area.

Photographed here is such a manhole cover from Kurashiki, presenting a tree designated as natural treasure, a 300-years-old wisteria located in the Achi Shrine, inside the most visited tourist attraction of Kurashiki, Bikan Area. It is considered the largest tree of its kind in Japan and it is blooming this month…
