Aomori Bay Bridge night illumination

Thu, June 14, 2018, by Muza-chan

Inhabited since ancient times, Aomori is now a completely modern city (because the old part was destroyed entirely during the WWII bombings). Three of the Aomori landmarks, the Aomori Bay Bridge (photographed here), the ASPAM building (Aomori Prefectural Center for Tourism and Industry) and the A-FACTORY mall were designed to incorporate in their architecture the roman letter A, as a symbol for Aomori.
