Choco-Banana

Thu, September 26, 2013, by Muza-chan

There are so many tempting confectioneries sold in Japan at temporary stalls (yatai), especially during the festivals… My favorites? The “choco-banana“, bananas covered in chocolate and decorated with candy sprinkles.

Actually, choco-banana is so popular in Japan that you will find it available on multiple stalls at each festival. And to keep the temptation up, all kind of flavors and decorations were invented. I loved the strong colors used for the bananas in this photo: they have almost neon colors, but still look delicious!
