I have never seen a Chinatown before (only in the movies) and I was very curious about the Yokohama Chukagai, which is the biggest Chinatown in Asia. There are over 500 restaurants and shops, but what really impressed me were the ten lavishly ornated gates, built based on the Chinese horoscope. Here are some of them:

N-am mai văzut până acum un Chinatown decât în filme şi eram curioasă să-l văd pe cel din Yokohama, Yokohama Chukagai. Cu atât mai mult cu cât acesta este cel mai mare nu numai din Japonia, ci din Asia.
