San-ai Dream Center Eco-powered billboard

Mon, November 20, 2017, by Muza-chan

The round tower of the San-ai Dream Center building is one of Ginza’s landmarks, well known for the circular billboard with Ricoh advertisement lit up on top. The lighting of the billboard was first installed in 2006, on the 70th anniversary of Ricoh’s founding, and 8 years later the installation was replaced to supply the billboard with 100% natural energy, produced by solar panels and wind turbines.
