Matsuyama is a city offering many great views. One of them is the astonishing night scene offered by the castle (foto), but the panorama seen from the top of the castle’s tower is equally spectacular. The modern city in the background, with the yagura turret and the castle’s courtyard are creating a surreal combination of old and new, one of the many for which I love Japan so much….
