The Kitchen of Kyoto, Nishiki Ichiba

Established 400 years ago, Nishiki Ichiba is a long arcade street lined by more than 130 shops, and it is the most important market in Kyoto. Named by the locals Kyo no daidokoro ("Kitchen of Kyoto"), it supplies quality products for restaurants and casual visitors as well.
