Tokyo Yokocho (near Mita Station)

Mostly empty during daytime, the yokocho alleyways lined by izakaya and bars are coming to life by nighttime, when they lit up their large chōchin paper lanterns.

The happy atmosphere, filled with laughter and appetizing smells of yakitori, are making these alleyways irresistible places, even if you’re just a passerby…
