Rabbit, the 2011 Zodiacal Sign

According the Chinese zodiac, the year 2011 will be the Year of the Rabbit. And since the zodiac sign replacement just took place, let’s have a look at this year’s zodiacal sign, the rabbit… or, according to other translations, the hare…
If you ask me, I’d say the bunny! :)
There are many sculptures with the zodiacal signs in Japan. Here’s one of my favorites, from the Five Storied Pagoda, Toshougu Shrine, Nikko:
