Winter illumination in Japan, Shiodome tunnel of lights

Sat, December 3, 2016, by Muza-chan

The winter illuminations last a bit longer in Japan that in most other countries, with the earliest installed in the second half of October, and most of the others lit up on mid-November. Depending on location, some of them are dismantled after Christmas, others after the New Year, and some are kept until Valentine’s Day.

As you may have noticed, my mascot is already dressed as Santa girl, so here’s a photo with a tunnel of lights in Tokyo, Shiodome, to start the winter celebrations…
