Art Tower Mito

Thu, July 5, 2018, by Muza-chan

Built 28 years ago on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Mito’s designation as a city, the Art Tower Mito is the city’s most impressive landmark.

With a height of 100 meters and a design based on the fascinating Boerdijk–Coxeter helix geometry concept, the Art Tower Mito is part of a larger complex including a concert hall, a theater, and a gallery for contemporary art.
