Remembering the Normality, Shibuya Street

Sat, March 19, 2011, by Muza-chan

With all the nuclear panic and the “leaving Tokyo” rumors spread by the press outside Japan, I checked with some of my friends currently living in Japan… and what they are saying is that Tokyo is pretty much the same as it was when I took this picture.
Life in Tokyo comes back to normal and only some western journalists and politicians still think there is (or should be) panic in Tokyo…
There are many people in Japan affected by tsunami, still needing help. There are economic troubles ahead. But life in Tokyo is returning to normal and the reports of radiation danger are just exaggerated. That’s why today I decided to post this photo, to remember the regular life in Japan.

P.S. Yes, I know a few things about radiation. I am from a country affected by Chernobyl, and even if it was a communist regime, we knew a lot about what was going on. That’s why I dare to say that the information about the Fukushima incident is blown out of proportion by western media and politicians.
